How it works ?

Create Customer Profile

Profiles are created manually or imported into the system.

  • Profiles can be created manually in settings or during case creation.
  • Profiles can also be imported if they already exist in another system.

Link Profile to Case

Profiles are linked to specific cases to ensure accurate data association.

  • Linking is done by inserting a client ID during case creation or dispatch.
  • The linkage ensures that client information is displayed in the case view.

Define Harvesting Rules

Rules are set up to determine how data is collected and processed.

  • Rules and expressions are defined in the CTPHarvestRules sheet.
  • These rules dictate how and where data is harvested from cases.

Configure Display Settings

Determine where harvested data should be displayed. 

  • A list is uploaded to specify where each rule result should be shown.
  • Display settings can include summary grids, transaction details, and risk indicators.
