Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and performance.

This is a hands-on role where you will design, implement, and scale automation frameworks, champion modern testing practices, and embed quality into every stage of the product lifecycle. You will act as the technical authority in automation, influencing architecture, tooling, and processes to accelerate delivery while safeguarding quality. You will be responsible for shaping our QA strategy, scaling our automation capabilities, and embedding quality into every stage of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Quality Governance

• Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and documentation practices across teams.
• Lead test process improvement initiatives and quality maturity assessments.
• Ensure consistent and proactive communication of quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align QA efforts with sprint and release planning.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to optimize test coverage, execution time, and reliability.
• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and help scale automation capabilities across teams.

Automation Frameworks & Tools

• Design, build, and evolve robust, scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and services.
• Ensure broad test coverage across OSes (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) and browsers.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable releases.
• Implement test data management and maintain reusable, modular automation suites.

Quality Engineering Practices

• Drive adoption of modern QA tools and practices (e.g., Playwright, K6, BDD frameworks).
• Perform risk-based testing, including functional, performance, and accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to embed testability and quality into design and development.
• Ensure automation is a core part of sprint and release planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automation
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks in complex, multi-platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated and manual testing methodologies, Agile practices, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as Playwright, K6, BDD, Gherkin, and C#-based BDD frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
